Our native token, NXTT, turned one year old this week. 🎂
And what a busy year it was… We collected some noteworthy milestones that you can see in this blog post’s cover image. Gabor (CEO) and David (CPO) also took a short trip down memory lane in the latest Next Earth Live, which you can watch below.
But not only did they reminisce about the past 12 months, they also presented what we have in store for you in 2023.
Before we head into the future, let’s take a look at the current status of Next Earth. With our Event Horizon at the end 2022, we finally reached the first stage of our end goal: to become the ultimate gateway metaverse for businesses transitioning from web2 to web3. Our Event Horizon update included a developer portal (read-only API), the Ambassador program and the Accelerator program. Thanks to these updates and several collaborations launched in the past couple of weeks, Next Earth can boast with the following numbers:
Let’s head into the future, shall we? In the next couple of weeks, our developer portal will get a major upgrade in order to provide the necessary tools for our end goals: three more APIs (Layer, Minting, Controller) & our revolutionary dynamic NFT technology will be included.
On the Programs front, the first batch of our official Next Earth Ambassadors will be selected and their education will be done through our own Next Earth Academy, recorded by David Taylor.
If you look further down the road of 2023, some even more exciting goodies can be found: resources (thanks to our dynamic NFT technology), DAO generator, the long awaited split & merge function and a major push on the community side with our Ambassador & Accelerator programs.
We also have a top secret project up our sleeve… can you guess what the blur hides? 👀
