Privacy

Bitcoin was designed to protect the privacy of senders and recipients as much as its inventor was able to do.

Since then, changes have been made to add even more protection of the privacy of you and people you transact with.

This means there is no easy way to find the name of a person, a business or a place from a Bitcoin address.

Labels

Many wallets allow you to add labels to addresses or transactions to help you keep track of what they are for. You would have to create those labels yourself – they are not normally visible to anyone else since they are stored in your wallet and not sent to anyone else by normal wallets (non-custodial wallets)

Public data

Everything that is publicly known about most bitcoin transactions is recorded in the public blockchain that every Bitcoin full node (wallet etc) has a copy of. You can see this information in any of the blockchain explorers. For example https://mempool.space/address/bc1qtunx4y69acmmcksptzt7u4evcj6wkhwdtk0x8x
